Required Documents for Membership
- LFS Application form to be filled and submitted to the Syndicate’s Council
- Copy of the identity Card, or Civil Registration (IKHRAJ KEID), of the owner or the persons authorized to sign
- A police report (Sijil Adly) not more than one month old.
- Company’s Registration Certificate
- Commercial Registration Certificate.
- Copy of the establishment internal rules or application for registration of the commercial establishment.
- Lease contract copy or ownership state premises belong to the owner of the company.
- Office Location.& physical address
- Supporting letters from two members of the syndicate stating the experience of the applier freight forwarding of the applier.
- A statement issued by the applicant stating the number of employees in the company
- Issued statement by the applicant securing a metal safe in the premises for saving Airway bill stock and Bill of Lading and Delivery Order.
All above documents to be submitted to LFS along with 2 checks Attached amounting:
Registration Fee: USD 750.00
Membership Fee: USD 250.00
